Pricing questions
What is a credit?
One credit equals one AI engine answer. A prompt checked on 5 engines, 3 times each, uses 15 credits per week. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Tracking pauses for that brand and we tell you. Nothing is charged automatically. Buy a top-up (500 credits for $35 or 2,000 credits for $120) or wait for the monthly reset.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 150 free credits for 14 days, no credit card needed.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from the billing portal. Changes apply at the end of the billing period.
Which currency and payment methods?
Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see your card number.
Do you offer annual billing or a custom plan?
Annual billing is not available yet. For more than 15 brands, custom credits or a security review, contact us.
