How are the scores calculated?
We ask each AI engine your tracked prompts through its API with web search enabled, three times each, and parse the answers for your brand and competitors. Mention rate is the share of answers that name the brand; share of voice compares it with competitors; citation share counts how often engines cite the brand's own site.
Do results match what people see in ChatGPT or Gemini?
They approximate it. API answers can differ from the consumer apps, so every report says so. Because the method is the same every week, trends and comparisons are meaningful even when absolute numbers differ.
What is a credit?
One credit equals one AI engine answer. A prompt checked on five engines, three times each, uses 15 credits per week. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over; you can buy top-ups any time.
Can I white-label everything?
Yes. Reports and the client portal use your agency name, logo and colour. Your clients never see our name.
How secure is my data?
Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2, two-factor authentication is available, sessions are revocable, and every sensitive action is audit-logged. See the security page for details.
